IMPORTANT DATES COMING UP
Sat 23/Sun 24 May: Pentecost weekend. Launch of our Chichester Diocesan Strategy. We will mark this at our main mass on Pentacost Sunday.
Sun 7 June: Corpus Christi Sunday. 6.00pm Sung Evensong with the choir of St Luke's Queen's Park, from Brighton.
Sun 14 June: 'Green Sunday'. 6.00pm Churches Together Ecumenical Service in the new Trinity Methodist Church.
Sat 27 June: Annual Sleep-out in East Grinstead High Street for COH

CHRISTIAN AID WEEK
For those of you who responded to the challenge please return your collection at the Mass on Sunday 17 May.
Details of the amount raised by our St Mary BBQ will be published shortly. Thanks to Anne and Ian Stone for all their hard work.
BLIND CLUB TEA
Thanks to all those who made cakes and came along to help at the Blind Club tea. They enjoyed themselves and they donated £50 which we will give to Christian Aid.
Are you interested in finding out more about what we use at our Masses e.g. the Priest’s vestments, the plate etc? Please speak to Fr Paul if you’d like to know more.
WEEKLY WORKING PARTIES
From this Thursday (21st May) weekly working parties to tidy the Oak Tree garden will take place at 2.00pm. If we do not keep on top of the weeds we will undo all the good work of the last few years so please help if you can.

From DIY to gardening, environmental initiatives, encouraging the faith of our young people, St Mary's needs your help. Everyone is welcome to be part of what we are seeking to do by joining one of the action groups:

Mission Action Plan Group (MAP) and Eco Group
Not only will you help us grow and flourish but also you will get to know others and make new friends too. Please see Fr Paul for more information. Also keep an eye on the weekly bulletin for details of when these groups are meeting as you would be most welcome to come along too.
FSW FUND RAISING
The St Mary's team raised a fantastic £696 on the Easter Monday walk. Thank you to those who walked and those who sponsored.
NGS OPEN GARDENS in Ansty, Haywards Heath
Several gardens are open on Sunday 21st May from 1.30-6.00pm. Admission £5. A share of proceeds from the sale of refreshments will go to FSW (Family Support Work). See the FSW Events & Activities booklet available at the back of church for more information about these gardens.
Since its foundation, the National Gardens Scheme has donated over £45 million to nominated beneficiaries, of which nearly £23 million has been donated within the last ten years.
CHILDREN'S CRAFT EVENT - Thursday 28 May 10.30-12.00
Come and be creative at our FREE event In the Hall, all children welcome (must be accompanied by an adult) please spread the word amongst your friends and neighbours. There is no need to book, refreshments provided.
ST MARY'S RAMBLERS - SUNDAY 14th JUNE - 3.00pm
